BETA-ALANINE 700 contains beta-alanine. BETA-ALANINE 700 is recommended in all sports disciplines, both aerobic and anaerobic

Recommended daily portion is 4 capsules.

Wash down with approx. 300 ml water.On workout days:4 capsules 30 min. before workout.On non-workout days:twice a day, 2 capsules on each occasion, preferably 30 min. before your meal.

WARNINGS
