L-CARNITINE COMPLEX contains L-carnitine tartrate, chromium and vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 and chromium contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism; furthermore, the mineral contributes to maintaining the proper level of glucose in the blood.

The recommended daily portion is 2 capsules.

A portion of the product washed down with approx. 300 ml water.

On workout days:

2 capsules 30 min. before workout.

On non-workout days:

twice a day, 1 capsule on each occasion, preferably 30 min. before your meal.
