100% premium quality Creapure® creatine monohydrate made in Germany. Creatine Monohydrate is a basic building block for creation of creatine phosphate, represents a source of energy in cells. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Recommended dosage: Take 3 g daily.
Preparation: Mix 1/2 scoop (3 g) with 200-300 ml of water or juice and drink immediately. Use approx. 30-60 minutes before training. Athletes using Creatine Monohydrate should consume at least 2000 ml of water daily to maximize hydration
