Creatine+Beta-Alanine is an ideal composition of 4.5 g of creatine and 4.5 g of Beta-Alanine increases overall eciency during intense bursts of physical activity. Creatine intensies physical eciency, whereas beta-alanine extends the actual length of the training by delaying the sensation of fatigue. The product is particularly recommended for periods of muscle mass building and to all who practise combat sports, endurance sports (e.g. running, cross FIt, cycling) and strength sports, as well as during periods of intense physical effort.

PACKAGE: 300 g.
METHOD OF USE: Dissolve 10 g (2 teaspoons) in 250 ml of water. Take once a day before training.
INGREDIENTS: Beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, acidity regulator: citric acid, aromas, anti-caking substance E551, sweetening substance E955, dyes: E104 (lemon and orange flavour), E110 (grapefruit and orange flavour), E124 (grapefruit flavour). The product is not suitable for children. Product may contain trace amounts of soya bean, wheat and nuts.
